Bear was contracted by Golub and Company to build out 4,000 sq. ft. of new building amenities on the fifth floor at 625 N. Michigan, Chicago. Box Studios designed the space, which includes a break room, game room and lounge. The space features a deck lounge with operable windows, allowing the sights and sounds of the city to create an energetic ambience. Sr. Project Manager Jack Kammerer and Superintendent Nate Neibert managed the project for Bear.

Saint Joseph Hospital
Hammes Company engaged Bear to build out three medical suites at the Presence Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago. The 11,000 sq. ft. of combined space will be occupied by Eye Physicians and Surgeons of Chicago, Illinois Retina and CDN Assoc. and Precision Surgical Group. Callison RTKL designed the space. Project Executive Tim Klinger, Assistant Project Manager David Haag and Superintendent Jeff Knowles managed the projects for Bear.

440 S. LaSalle
Bear’s Senior Project Manager Jim Hopkins and Superintendent Rudy Campanotto managed the 22,826 sq. ft. tenant improvement for Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen, P.C. space at 440 S. LaSalle, Chicago. Hydzik Schade Associates, Ltd. designed the upscale space. MB Real Estate manages the property.

550 W. Adams
JLL hired Bear Construction Company to build an amenities center on the 2nd floor of 550 W. Adams, Chicago. GRISKELIS YOUNG HARELL designed the space that encompasses a fitness center and lounge. Two unique features are a golf simulator and self-serve keg bar. Sr. Project Manager Nick Minella and Superintendents John Hallahan and Gil Henson managed the project for Bear.

A handful of hard working Bear Construction Company volunteers spent Saturday, October 1 renovating a home on Chicago’s south side. Bear worked with Healthy Families America, an organization committed to making a difference in the lives of children and families by connecting volunteers with those in need. This Inaugural volunteer day was 100% organized, funded and staffed by Bear with electrical assistance from REX Electric & Technologies, LLC.
