Zeller Realty Group engaged BEAR to completely renovate the lower levels of 10 and 20 N. Martingale buildings in Schaumburg.?Griskelis Young Harrell designed fashionable amenity centers in each building that includes a game room, a private mother’s room, high tech conference center, fitness center with showers and lockers and a spacious, eye-catching lounge with all the bells and whistles.?The tenants really love it!
?Project Executive Joe Nieckula, Assistant Project Manager Kyle Wienold and Superintendent Steve Reuse managed the projects for BEAR which totaled just under 26,000 sq. ft.

JLL hired BEAR to build out 26,000 sq. ft. space for L&W Supply at 300 S. Riverside, Chicago. Griskelis Young Harrell designed the space with a Walker duct system, high end AV package and an elevated break room.?Sr. Project Manager Nick Minella, Project Engineer Katelyn Handera and Superintendent Rudy Campanotto managed the project for BEAR.
200 E. RANDOLPH, CHICAGO
BEAR was appointed by JLL to improve a tenant space at 200 E. Randolph for Xerox. Sr. Project Manager, Nick Minella, had to protect very sensitive tenant equipment during the entire construction schedule.?A discovery room for training and presentations and a glass wall that encased their “trophy” I Gen printer are a few of the project highlights. In addition to Minella, Project Engineer Katelyn Handera and Superintendent Bill Robinson directed the project for BEAR. Architeriors designed the 9300 sq. ft. space.
CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT, CHICAGO
BEAR Construction Company expanded a space for a confidential client at the Merchandise Mart. Designed by SAS Architects, the approximately 50,000 sq. ft. project features an open air office concept, a meal hub serving area, communication audio and visual elements throughout the space, glass folding partitions, game rooms and much, much more.
?An aggressive 14 week schedule was managed by Project Executive Ryan McDonough, Project Manager Joe Vitale, Project Engineer Ben Wiertel, Project Team Supervisor Lori Luna and last but not least, Superintendent Tony Melone.

The Rolling Meadows City Council honored BEAR Construction Company with a 2017 Business Recognition Award for its generous support of community events and programs in the city of Rowling Meadows. The award certificate was presented by Mayor Len Prejna to BEAR Executive Assistant Susan B. Ward.
