JLL engaged BEAR to build out a 15,000 sq. ft. space for SDI Presence at The Aon Center 200 E Randolph. Perkins + Will planned the space with an open, transparent design featuring custom-crafted wood elements and white board paint covering all of the office walls. ESD designed the space with energy efficient lighting. ?Sharee Wolff, SDI CFO stated, “I enjoyed working with BEAR. They were on time and on budget!”?Project Executive Nick Minella, Assistant Project Manager Katelyn Petraitis and Superintendent Bill Robinson managed the project for BEAR which was estimated by Estimator Terry Kuzel.

MBRE appointed BEAR to construct the FTD space at 1 N Dearborn. The virtual reception area greets visitors into the 42,600 sq. ft. space that features a floral lab, floral cooler,?custom floral wall covering and a trendy café. Estimator David Vega, Superintendent Matt Oclon, Project Team Supervisor Pam Kowalski, Project Engineer Nick Kilianek and Project Executive Josh Christ “delivered” the project for BEAR. The stylish space was planned and designed by Wright Heerema, Charlie Greene Studio and Kent Consulting Engineers.

BEAR was hired by von Briesen & Roper, S.C. to build out 35,000 sq. ft. of space at 411 E. Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI. An expeditious schedule covered improvements performed on 4 different floors.?Cherry millwork accents the entire space.?A large kitchen boasts commercial appliances, granite counter tops and fashionable floor coverings.?Project Manager Neil Ribarchek, Assistant Project Manager Amber Lawrence, Project Engineer Giovanna Sense, Construction Site Manager Adam Hauser and Project Executive Tim Wiedenbauer managed the project for BEAR.<

BEAR was engaged by MBRE to construct a 10,540 sq. ft. space for Omeda at 1 N. Dearborn. Column grates, a countertop-penny back splash, a kegerator, jungle wall covering and wood ceiling clouds are just a few space highlights.?Project Executive Josh Christ anchored the BEAR team who managed and estimated the project, notably Project Engineer Nick Kilianek, Project Team Supervisor Pam Kowalski, Superintendent Matt Oclon and Estimator Jim Hopkins. Wright Heerema, Charlie Greene Studio and Kent Consulting Engineers collaborated on this project.

Chicago’s Old Post Office was purchased by the 601W Company and a development plan was quickly implemented.?This work site contained just about every safety challenge imaginable as the building had numerous code deficiencies and was in a state of disrepair. Before BEAR began work they turned to Assurance to help formalize a plan to ensure safety during all phases of each project and schedule safety advocates to continuously monitor the work site which included 45 subcontractors and dozens of projects.
